  • Relationship Therapy

Relationships can be both the most wonderful part of our lives, and the most difficult. Using methods like relational accountability and PACT, I support all members of the relationship in being heard, seen, and understood. I am queer, kink, and non-monogamy affirming.

  • Individual Therapy

Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, or a myriad of other problems, I will meet you where you are and support you in reaching a better you. I specialize in working with queer folx, especially transgender and nonbinary individuals. I provide EMDR and am in training to be IFS certified.

  • Family Therapy

Often times, the only way we can heal is relationally. I specialize in family systems therapy and have years of experience navigating the complexity of family relationships and conflict. I support each member of the family in creating balance and a loving environment.

  • Reproductive Justice Work

Reproductive justice is at the center of liberatory work. As a full-spectrum doula, I have experience supporting people through all aspects of reproductive health - whether you’re trying to build a family or not. You may have had an abortion or a traumatic birth you need to process, or may want support as you navigate an upcoming birth. Come as you are.

I also see sex therapy as under this umbrella. Sex plays an incredibly important role in our lives, yet we so rarely talk about it. Not talking about it can lead to shame, discomfort, and decreased overall satisfaction and pleasure. Your experiences are probably more "normal" than you realize. I specialize in supporting transgender and nonbinary folks in accessing their sexual pleasure while navigating dysphoria and physical changes.

    Supervision

As a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Colorado, I provide supervision to those seeking licensure in social work or counseling. I value a lens that de-centers the liability and profit focused approaches that many organizations take, and instead focus on cultivating healing skills and capacity that not only change lives, but change the world. To be an effective anti-oppressive therapist is to plant the seeds of revolution. Just like hurt people hurt people, healing people heal others.

And, being a therapist is really challenging. I will support you in unpacking the harmful legacies of our fields while working to build something transformative and sustainable.

If you are building your own private practice, I am happy to consult with you on creating anticapitalist systems within your own business.
